    Couldn't ask for a better deal on wine for my daughter's upcoming wedding. We signed up for the Thrifty Thursday newsletter and just watched it until we found wines that would work. Ordered exact quantity needed online, received an email a couple of days later that it was ready for pickup, someone loaded it into my car and poof!  One more item off my list of things to do. The best part is we got $17 bottles of wine for $5.00 each.

    Food is great! Service is terrible. Especially their online wine I heard the owner purchased everything overseas and mostly everything is outdated. and be aware of that old man working there. He's creepy and very dangerous, dishonest .i was in there with my fifteen yr old and he was coming on to her. I've heard
    Terrible things about that person just be careful

    First time visiting American Cafe. Ordered an omelet for breakfast and it came out warm and tasty. The rest of our party was pleased with their meals expect one who order biscuit and gravy. Biscuits were a touch burnt. The service was prompt and efficient. She even brought out new biscuits and gravy to fix the first ones served which was nice. The reason I am giving it a 2 is because this place is filthy. Ceiling tile are water damaged and molded. Window ledges are peeling and dusty. The floor looks like it hasn't been washed in quite some time either. Who only knows how filthy the kitchen is. Yuck. Time for a deep clean and some restaurant up keep.

    Always have had good service and the food is excellent! Wine prices are great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

    The Wine & Cheese store is AWESOME. You can't get a sharp chedder at a regular grocery store that is older than 2 years. This place has chees'es (white and yellow chedder) that are 4,6,8,11, and 14 years old! I just had some 11 year old white chedder. It's incredible! Havent eaten here yet but that sounds pretty decent as well.
